Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov announced a competition for grant financing of projects to commercialize the results of scientific and scientific and technical activities of young scientists «Jas ǵalym». Acceptance of competitive applications took place from October 1 to November 15, 2022. Applications were accepted in the following areas:
• Information Technology (IT);
• Sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex and safety of agricultural products;
• Rational use of water resources, wildlife and flora, ecology;
• Tourism;
• Developments in the social and human sciences.
20 applications were submitted to participate in the competition, of which 16 applications were selected on formal grounds. On December 1, 2022, the project presentation was defended. The commission included leading scientists from the university, as well as representatives of the «Atameken» NCE and MIID. The commission was faced with the task of hearing presentations of projects and determining the best ones that meet the requirements of the approved Competition Regulation.
