At Zhetysu University named after For students of educational programs in jurisprudence, law enforcement and international law, an on-site trial of judge of Taldykorgan City Court Bekbosynov Almas Khairovich was organized.
The main purpose of the trial is to prevent crimes among young people, increase the theoretical knowledge of students, and acquire knowledge in various areas of judicial activity.
The practical importance of ensuring the protection of human rights during the judicial process, the fairness and independence of the court and the procedure for considering court cases was also demonstrated. The main tasks in the judicial process were to protect the rights and freedoms and legitimate interests of the individual, prevent illegal actions, increase students’ confidence in the judicial system, the sole responsibility of the judge for his actions and decisions, and the procedure of legal proceedings.
The purpose of the event is to put into practice the knowledge gained by students in theory, knowledge of the judge’s activities in the judicial system, and becoming a qualified specialist in the future.
