On December 9, 2024, as part of the implementation of inclusive education aimed at enhancing the pedagogical competence of the teaching staff, lecturer Zh.R.Zheksembaeva organized a master class. The lecture addressed the topic “Professional Activity of a Teacher in the 21st Century.” Since the lecture was organized in the format of a “Flipped Classroom,” literature and references were provided in advance, and students worked on creating video content based on the lecture text, conducting surveys using Google Forms, and fulfilling various roles. A “Guest Lecturer” was also invited. At the end of the lecture, students assessed their knowledge using SMART goals and completed quiz assignments on Quizizz as feedback. The lecture highlighted the relevance and importance of creating a comfortable environment for learners. Technical tools were widely used during the lecture, and participants were given ample opportunity to engage through the ZOOM platform.
