On January 10, 2025, the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics hosted the traditional section meeting within the framework of the Winter School “Pedagogical Excellence – 2025.” The event brought together faculty and teaching staff from various universities across the country, as well as industry professionals with extensive experience.
The section featured the following presentations and training sessions:
- A seminar-training on “The Use of STEM Technologies in Physics Lessons” was conducted by Dana Yergazievna Kuatbayeva, a lecturer from the Department of Physics and Mathematics, who demonstrated the effectiveness of modern methodologies in the educational process.
- Aizhan Mamanovna Adambekova, a lecturer from the Department of Informatics and Digitalization of Education, delivered a presentation on “Sustainable Development of Knowledge” and conducted a survey among teachers.
- Zhankay Shuynshaliyevich Uzdenbayev, a lecturer from the Department of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence and Candidate of Technical Sciences, presented a report titled “Engineering Problems in IT Education,” sharing innovative perspectives on current issues.
- PhD Shyngys Bolatuly Nurgozhaev, Director of Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College, delivered a presentation on “New Approaches to Training Specialists in the Context of TVET Transformation.”
- Bakhytzhar Baglanuly Satkulov, Deputy Director of Taldykorgan Higher Polytechnic College, spoke on “WorldSkills: Opportunities and Prospects for Young Specialists in Technical and Vocational Education.”
At the conclusion of the event, the speakers who proposed ways to integrate innovative technologies into the educational process were awarded Certificates of Appreciation from the Chairman of the Board – Rector of Ilyas Zhansugurov Zhetysu University.
This section meeting proved to be an effective platform for discussing modern pedagogical approaches and exchanging experiences.
