Every year, the Center for Competencies and Complementary Education organizes courses on management in education.
This academic year, from October 28 to November 23, 2024, an advanced training course “Management in Education” was held for the heads of the university’s structural divisions.
From March 3 to March 29, 2025, a refresher course on the topic “Fundamentals of management and management in the field of education” was organized and conducted, which was attended by the heads of the lecture halls of Almaty and Zhetysu regions, as well as the heads of the university’s structural divisions.
The main purpose of these courses is to form students’ ideas about the factors and processes of managerial activity in the context of modernization of education, choosing a management strategy and making managerial decisions that allow the educational organization to achieve its goals optimally.
Advanced training courses were conducted by Aray Saniyazova, graduate of the Bolashak program, Master of Education in Management in Education, PhD, Advisor to the Department of Student Relations at Nazarbayev University.
24 learners were trained in these programs.
