Artificial intelligence is becoming a key player in the field of education, opening up new perspectives and posing interesting challenges to modern teaching methods. In order to keep up with the times, it is important for university teachers to master modern technologies that will help make learning exciting and innovative.
In the period from May 19 to May 31, 2025, the Center for Competencies and Complementary Education organized and conducted a refresher course on the
program “Artificial Intelligence in Education: a practical course for teachers.”
The course participants got acquainted with the basic concepts and tools of AI that can be used to improve learning and increase the effectiveness of the educational process.
During the training, the teachers mastered AI tools for automating feedback, evaluation and data analysis, learned how to create didactic materials that take into account the individual characteristics of students, and how to use generative neural networks to develop educational content, including videos, texts
and visual materials.
16 teachers have been trained under this program.
The course was conducted by a lecturer at the Department of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence, Rima Abdualieva.
