Among the higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republican competition of master’s scientific research works in the educational program “Training Biology Teachers” for the 2024–2025 academic year was held.
Zhetysu University’s 2nd-year master’s student of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology, Zhanel Myrzakhmet, became the winner of the second stage of the competition and was awarded a 3rd-degree diploma.
She presented a research project on the topic: “Developing students’ research competence based on the physiological and genetic analysis of sweet sorghum (Sorghum saccharatum (L) Pers) varieties.”
