As part of the external academic mobility program, Dr. Werner Bergamin Hertzog Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Zurich (Switzerland), delivered lectures and practical sessions on “Academic Writing” for third-year students of the educational program 6B01509 – Geography (Group GК 311). The purpose of this initiative was to enhance students academic writing skills in accordance with international standards and to enrich the learning process through international experience. The training program consisted of 45 hours, including 15 hours of lectures and 30 hours of practical sessions. The Swiss professor employed interactive teaching methods, focusing on the development of writing culture and scientific communication. At the end of the course, students presented their research essays in English, demonstrating their newly acquired skills in practice. This academic mobility program contributes significantly to strengthening the university’s international partnerships, improving the quality of education, and enhancing students’ competitiveness in the global labor market.
