As part of the implementation of the strategy for continuous pedagogical education, the Department of Russian Language and Literature carried out comprehensive career guidance activities aimed at familiarizing graduates of Zhansugurov College with the prospects of obtaining higher philological education at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov.
The main objective of these activities was to explain the advantages of the professional “elevator,” which ensures the transition from secondary vocational education to the university level, opening access to the highest qualification category and leadership positions in the educational sphere.
During the meetings, it was emphasized that a university diploma enables graduates to significantly broaden their professional opportunities, including not only teaching in specialized groups but also work in the fields of digital philology, publishing, copywriting, and linguistic expertise.
The outcome of the work was the formation among prospective applicants of a clear understanding of the university as a platform for scientific initiation and professional growth.
