The competition of innovative ideas for ecology “green hackathon-2026”, organized by the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Youth Policy of I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu University, was held at a high level. The main purpose of this event was to enhance the ecological culture of young people, support new initiatives aimed at protecting the environment and promoting the development of green technologies.
During the competition, 13 teams presented their projects on ecology, sustainable development, waste recycling, green energy and efficient use of natural resources. The participants comprehensively presented their ideas, proved their practical significance and feasibility. The jury evaluated the projects on novelty, social impact and environmental efficiency, as a result of which the best ideas were identified. The winning teams were awarded with special diplomas and awards.
The Green Hackathon 2026 competition revealed the creative potential of young people and gave a great impetus to the formation of an active civic position on solving environmental problems.
