The Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology conducted the faculty-level selection stage of the “Start-Up Zhetysu – 2026” startup competition.
A total of 16 innovative projects covering актуal areas in science, technology, and entrepreneurship were presented.
Following the evaluation process, 10 best projects were recommended for participation in the university-level stage of the competition.
The evaluation committee consisted of heads of departments and members of the faculty’s academic staff. The committee carried out a comprehensive and objective assessment of the projects and provided professional recommendations for their further development, practical implementation, and improvement of business models.
Such initiatives contribute to the development of students’ entrepreneurial competencies, foster innovative thinking, and support promising academic and business ideas.
