Today, at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, within the framework of the unified educational program «Адал Азамат», an instructive event titled «Бабалар дәстүрі – ұрпаққа аманат» was organized.
The purpose of the event was to promote national values, strengthen intergenerational continuity, and instill patriotic qualities in students.
During the event, senior participants from the «Белсенді өмір сүру» Center presented artistic performances, creating a warm and uplifting atmosphere. They performed patriotic and spiritual-educational songs based on the works of M. Makataev, F. Ongarsynova, E. Zhunis, as well as the local poet Zh. Nemerebay, and recited poems dedicated to the themes of the Motherland, native land, national identity, and unity.
Songs performed by the «Алтын қазына» choir elevated the national spirit and left a lasting impression on the audience.
Throughout the event, the patriotic engagement and enthusiasm for life demonstrated by the retired senior generation served as an inspiring example for the student youth. Their artistic performances and rich life experience endowed the younger generation with a high sense of spirit, determination, and inspiration, deeply conveying the idea that national heritage is a sacred trust passed down to future generations
