ABOUT THE SCIENTIFIC PROJECT
- Project topic: Improvement of training of future physics teachers to work in the information educational environment.
- The purpose of the project: identification, theoretical substantiation of the directions of improvement of the system of professional, methodological training of future physics teachers to work in the information educational environment in the conditions of globalization of education and preparation of resources of methodological support.
- Objectives:
1. To analyze the domestic and foreign scientific literature on the definition of the concepts of «information educational environment», «teacher’s competence to use the possibilities of information educational environment», «the role of information educational environment in the formation of skills in the XXI century»;
2. Conducting a survey of teachers of secondary schools in Zhetysu region and Taldykorgan during the detection experiment;
3. To identify the possibilities of information educational environment in improving the content of professional activity of a physics teacher and achieving the expected results at the end of general secondary education in physics;
4. To analyze the current state of physics teacher training, educational programs, syllabuses for the group of educational programs B010 «training of physics teachers»;
5. To determine the directions of improvement of the system of training of future physics teachers as a result of foresight-session with the participation of experienced physics teachers, teaching staff, representatives of school administration and students;
6. Creation of an educational platform that allows physics teachers to use the capabilities of the information educational environment in a comprehensive way;
7. Development of the structure and content of a mass open online course on the integrated use of information educational environment for physics teachers. Preparation of the program of the elective course «Pedagogical design in an informational educational environment» for the group of educational programs B010 «training of physics teachers»;
8. Analysis of the results of the study, implementation of corrective measures and development of recommendations.
- The idea of the project: The modern stage of education development is characterized by increased requirements for its quality, the need to match the learning outcomes to the needs of modern society. In the context of the transition of education to a qualitatively different level and the formation of new priorities, the existing education system and the educational environment cannot withstand the intensive changes in the requirements imposed on them. In this regard, in recent years, the basic principles of the formation, implementation and development of an information educational environment based on ICT tools have been identified, aimed at providing conditions focused on independent learning activities, the development of creative abilities and personal qualities of students. The proposed research work is aimed at preparing physics teachers to make full use of the possibilities of the information educational environment in accordance with global changes.
- Expected results:
1) 2 (two) articles in scientific publications indexed in the Arts and Humanities Citation Index or Social Science Citation Index in the Web of Science database, or with at least 35 (thirty-five) percentiles On CiteScore in the Scopus database;
Or:
– 1 (one) monograph with a share of at least 6 printed pages of a postdoctoral student who has passed a review and is recommended for publication by holders of at least two academic titles of Professor and/or doctor of science degrees;
– publication of 5 (five) articles and (or) reviews in peer-reviewed foreign and(or) domestic publications recommended by the committee;
2) development of the structure and content of a mass open online course on the integrated use of information and educational environment tools for Physics Teachers;
3) preparation of the program of the elective course «pedagogical design in an information educational environment» for the group of educational programs B010 «training of physics teachers»;
4) obtaining an author’s certificate from the Kazakhstan Patent Office for an educational platform prepared during the implementation of the project;
5) dissemination of the results of work among leading scientists during participation in the international scientific and practical conference on the field of research.
