ABOUT THE SCIENTIFIC PROJECT:
- Project name: Preparation of future teachers of preschool organizations for professional activity in the conditions of inclusive education
- The purpose of the project: scientific and theoretical justification and methodological support of the problem of preparing future teachers of preschool organizations for professional activities in the context of inclusive education in accordance with regulatory and legal documents in the field of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Objectives:
1 Analyze the current state of training teachers of future preschool organizations for professional activities in the context of Inclusive Education.
2 Implementation of the methodology for preparing future teachers of preschool organizations for professional activities in the context of inclusive education on the basis of psychological and pedagogical work
3 Development of methodological materials for the preparation of future teachers of preschool organizations for professional activities in the context of Inclusive Education.
4 To test the methodology for preparing future teachers of preschool organizations for professional activities in the context of Inclusive Education, to analyze research results and to develop recommendations.
The idea of the project:
The problem aimed to solve: the need for scientific, theoretical and methodological study of the preparing FTPO for professional activities in the context of IE.
The justification of the need for inclusive environment in educational space is distinguished, first of all, by qualified FTPO training who understand the social significance of their profession, have high motivation to perform professional activities, know the age, psychological characteristics of children with special needs, and are able to carry out constructive pedagogical interaction between all subjects of educational environment. Therefore, we will consider the training of FTPO in the context of IE in main aspects: social, economic, environmental, scientific, technical, multiplicative, including aspects to solve problems in the country regions:
– social and pedagogical – social order for introduction and implementation of IE in domestic educational organizations, the lack of qualified specialists, activity of teaching staff who can carry out professional activities in new educational environment;
– environmental and regional – ensuring the conditions of IE in accordance with the socially oriented priority of regional development plans, coverage of children with developmental disabilities with special psychological and pedagogical support and early correction, increase in the number of children with special needs due to the consequences of various landfills on the problems of population’s perception of radiation hazards, psychological manifestations arising nature in these conditions, various psychological disorders formation;
– scientific and methodological – implementation of scientific justification, program and methodological materials of the content and technologies of personality formation in the practice of pedagogical science, need to prepare FTPO in the context of IE.
- Expected results:
1) 1 article or review in peer-reviewed scientific publications with at least 65 percentiles in the Scopus database on CiteScore, indexed by the Social Science Citation Index;
2) 2 articles or reviews in a peer-reviewed domestic publication recommended by CQASHE;
3) Development of a mass open online course on the discipline “Inclusive education”;
4) Participation in scientific internships, advanced training courses, preparing reports for conferences, disseminating the results of work with the scientific community, opening a Resource center;
5) publication of the textbook “Inclusive education: theory and practice”;
6) Preparation of a PhD based on the results of the project implementation.
