In the field of advanced training and retraining of teachers, as well as training in additional educational programs:
study of the needs of service customers, the labor market in the field of advanced training in order to form relevant and popular educational programs and determine the priority areas of training of students;
high-quality selection of teaching staff and experienced specialists for the development and implementation of advanced training programs and the conclusion of contracts with them for the provision of paid services;
organization of work on the development and approval of professional development programs and programs of pedagogical retraining;
organization and control of training in advanced training and pedagogical retraining programs;
organization and implementation of work on the issuance of certificates of professional development and pedagogical retraining;
planning, organizing and conducting training on additional educational programs.
In the field of language training:
planning, organizing and conducting training in additional educational programs in foreign languages;
organization of courses to prepare for international exams in English;
continuous improvement of the quality of teaching foreign languages through the introduction of effective forms and methods of conducting classes, the development of individual and independent training, advanced training of teachers of additional education, open lessons and mutual visits to classes;
organization and implementation of work on the issuance of certificates on the development of an additional educational program in a foreign language;
