General Provisions
- The Department of Infrastructure Development (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a structural subdivision of the higher education institution (hereinafter referred to as the University)
- The Department is established to ensure the development, modernization, and efficient functioning of the University’s infrastructure
- The Department reports to the Member of the Management Board – Vice-Rector for Finance and Infrastructure Development of the University
Objectives
- Strategic and long-term planning of the University’s infrastructure development;
- Ensuring proper maintenance and operation of the University’s property complex;
- Development of educational, scientific, social, and engineering infrastructure;
- Ensuring that University facilities comply with the requirements of the state standards and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Creation of safe learning and working conditions;
- Rational and efficient use of state-owned and/or the University’s own property.
Rights
- Request and receive from the University’s structural subdivisions the information necessary to perform its functions;
- Submit proposals to the University management on infrastructure development;
- Participate in the preparation of technical specifications, contracts, and design documentation;
- Exercise control over the quality and deadlines for the performance of works;
- Represent the interests of the University within its competence.

Responsibility
- Improper performance of the assigned tasks and functions;
- Violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local acts of the University;
- Inefficient use of material and financial resources;
- Non-compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
Organization of Activities
- The structure, staffing levels, and job responsibilities of the Department’s employees are approved by the Rector of the University
- The Department carries out its activities on the basis of annual and long-term plans
- The Department is headed by the Director of the Department
