The purpose of the student service center is to provide timely and high-quality services to students.

  • Ensuring timely and high-quality provision of services;
  • Providing information assistance to students at submitting an application;
  • Organization and development of the e-service system for students;
  • Tracking the movement of students.
Functions
  • Acceptance and registration of student applications;
  • Checking the completeness and correctness of the submitted documents, their correctness and completeness;
  • Review and processing of all types of applications;
  • Increasing the number of online services;
  • Filling in personal data of students taking into account the movement of the contingent into IS "Smart Zhetysu" and UPHE;
  • Storage of students ' personal files.

The module "My profile" is implemented in the student's personal account. In this module, students can update their personal information data.

Electronic workaround sheet

An electronic workaround sheet has been launched for graduates in the student's personal account.

Student's certificate

An electronic student ID has been developed in the student's personal account.
