1. Visa and Migration Support

• Preparation and issuance of official invitations for obtaining a student visa to Kazakhstan.
• Consultations on visa regime requirements, visa validity periods, and border-crossing rules.
• Assistance with registration at the local migration service.
• Support with visa extension or temporary residence permits.
• Information on the rules of stay for foreign citizens in Kazakhstan (fines, restrictions, responsibilities).
• Assistance in emergency migration situations (loss of documents, urgent extension requirements).

2. Administrative and Information Support

• Preparation of official certificates and letters (on admission, study, confirmation of dormitory residence, for banks, etc.).
• Consultations on apostille and legalization procedures, recognition of diplomas and certificates.
• Assistance with obtaining medical insurance, opening a bank account, and receiving an IIN (Individual Identification Number).
• Provision of information materials about student life at the university and in Taldykorgan city.
• Assistance in submitting applications and filling out online forms (e.g., for government portals).
• Ensuring communication with faculty dean’s offices and other administrative units of the university.

3. Individual Support

• Assignment of a mentor-curator for each international student to assist with adaptation and solving everyday and academic issues.
• Individual consultations on study, accommodation, and intercultural communication. Support in emergency situations: medical assistance, loss of documents, emergencies.
• Organization of personal meetings and consultations with Center staff to discuss arising issues.
• Accompanying students when contacting state institutions (banks, migration police, medical facilities).
• Personal notification of students about important changes in university regulations and legislation.
• Establishing a feedback system: the opportunity to contact Center staff at any time (online and offline).
• Support for integrating international students into the student community of Zhetysu University (through meetings, mini-trainings, and individual consultations).
