On April 16, 2021, the XIII Republican Subject Olympiad on the educational program “6B01509-Geography” was held at the Regional University named after A.Baitursynov. The Olympiad was held in 2 rounds: 1 theory round and 2 practical round. According to the results of the Olympiad, the team of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov took 3nd place.
Team members are 2-3-year students of the educational program “6B01509 – Geography”: 3rd year student Asatpayev Ildus, 2nd year student Sadykova Nazym. Team leader is Senior Lecturer of the Department of Natural Sciences, c.g.s. Tokpanov Yerkin.
