On November 10, 2021, at the Faculty of Law and Economics, within the framework of the week of the seminar method “Practice-oriented training as a condition for improving the quality of education”, the head of the Public Service Department of the Agency ,RK for Civil Service Affairs in the Almaty region, Imangaliyeva Zhadyra Amangeldinovna held a seminar on “Modernization of public service in the RK”, which was attended by teachers and students of educational programs of the Faculty of Law and Economics. The main purpose of the seminar was to analyze the current state of public service in the RK.
The seminar discussed topical issues of modernization of the civil service in the RK, the system of remuneration, motivation, organization of personnel, features and principles of personnel work.
