On April 13, another large-scale regional event was organized by the School of Humanities and Foreign Languages and two foreign languages educational programs. A methodological seminar is on theme “The effect of reflection on education: theory, methods, development and implementation” was held for teachers of English of secondary schools in Taldykorgan and Almaty region. The aim of the seminar was to increase the motivation of colleagues to master the reflexive activity of students. Special attention at the seminar was paid to the following lines: cooperation, and coauthorship and, finally, pedagogy of reflection. The basic principles of teachers’ reflexivity were formulated at the seminar. The seminar was attended by 135 teachers from the city of Taldykorgan and Almaty region. All participants were awarded certificates.
