On September 22, 2022, chaired by the Member of the Board – Vice-Rector for scientific work Aleftina Bakhtaulova, a meeting was held with parents and students who were selected according to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2022 No. 116 “On approval of the Plan for the distribution of the number of places for study abroad within the framework of academic mobility” and are directed to study in the 1st half of the 2022-2023 academic year at the expense of the republican budget and at the expense of extra-budgetary funds of the university. The Director of the Registrar’s Office, deans of higher schools of Humanities and Natural Sciences, coordinators, and employees of the International Cooperation and Strategic Development center attended the meeting. Precautions abroad and the organization of the educational process of students were discussed.
