On November 7, 2022, a seminar on “Key Issues of Contemporary Research” was held by Rimantas Želvys, a habilitated Doctor of Social Sciences, Professor at the University of Vilnius (Republic of Lithuania, Vilnius)
In order to implement the program of external academic mobility of the educational program “Pedagogy and Psychology”, a habilitated Doctor of Social Sciences, Professor of the University of Vilnius (Republic of Lithuania, Vilnius) Rimantas Želvys has been lecturing at the Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov since October 26 of this year.
In accordance with the program of the visit, on November 7, 2022, a seminar on the topic “Key Issues of Contemporary Research” was held, which was attended by young scientists from among the undergraduates and doctoral students of the university. During the seminar, such issues as international and interdisciplinary research, the results of international research programs, including PISA, TIMSS PIRLS, etc. were discussed. Following the results of the seminar, the participants were awarded certificates.
