On November 15, 2022, the next meeting of the planned scientific seminar was held at the Higher School of Natural Sciences. The goal is to develop the skills of conducting scientific discussion, correct oral and written presentation of the results of their work, enrichment of knowledge in the field of methodology of scientific research. The seminar was attended by assistant professor K.R. Zhakpayev with a report on the topic “The use of the scientometric database Scopus and the Science Direct platform in research activities”. And also the speeches of doctoral students of the 3rd year of ЕP 8D01501 Mathematics were heard. During the event, doctoral students exchanged ideas and experience in conducting research within the framework of the topic of their doctoral dissertation. Doctoral students received constructive suggestions on improving the quality of research work from the teaching staff of the higher school.
