On April 12, 2023, an “Open Day” was held at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov. The event was attended by about 70 students of the school “125 High school”. The action was carried out in order to familiarize future students with a higher educational institution.
During the event, students were provided with information about Zhetysu University and the priorities of the educational institution were announced. The applicants got acquainted with the work of the youth center, sports club, laboratories, educational TV studio, radio studio JU, “Start Up” Academy, library named after G. Ormanov, museum and higher schools located in the main academic building.
At the meeting, the students asked a number of questions about admission and priorities of Zhetysu University. The questions were answered by employees of the Career and Employment Center. Also at the meeting, the specialists of the Center for International Cooperation presented information about academic mobility and double-degree programs of the university. At the end of the event, the prospective applicants were given information about the educational institutio.
