Within the framework of the Address of the Head of State Kassym- Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan “Economic Course of Fair Kazakhstan”, the project office of SANALY URPAQ together with the Compliance Service of Zhetysu University held meetings with students of higher schools and Zhansugurov College on financial literacy among university students from October 4-6. Moderator of the meeting – head of the project office – “SANALY URPAQ” – Beisov Erbol Zhaksybekovich. Speakers – Officer of the Prevention Department of the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Anti-Corruption Service) in the region Zhetisu Makpal Bekkulova, compliance officer Tleubaev Azamat Bolatovich. The meeting was held in an online format, which contributed to greater coverage of student youth. The speakers spoke about the Anti-Corruption Volunteering project, warned students about the need for critical understanding of incoming information, advertising of financial pyramids, the basic principles of financial literacy, the danger of gambling, as well as the importance of observing the principles of Academic integrity during the training period. At the meetings, students had the opportunity to ask their questions and get relevant answers.
