On February 1 of the current academic year, PhD, teacher-lecturer of the social and humanitarian educational program, Ishkalova Gulbanu Smagulovna conducted a scientific seminar on the topic “The place of traditional hunting in the life support system of the Kazakhs.” At the seminar, the place of traditional hunting in the system of life of the Kazakhs of the XVIIIth century was analyzed, and the reasons for the destruction and changes in hunting traditions at the beginning of the ХХth century were also considered. Teachers and students of the Graduate School of Humanities who took partin the scientific seminar asked questions and had a lively discussion on this topic.
