On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, an international scientific and practical conference “Improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of ensuring environmental law and order” was held. The conference was held within the framework of the grant-funded research project of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan IRN AP14872548 “Modern environmental law and Order: a Kazakhstani case”. This conference is devoted to the discussion of the law enforcement problem of environmental legislation and the development of recommendations and improvement of law enforcement practice in modern conditions, taking into account international experience.
