Constant professional development in the modern world is put forward as a mandatory requirement.
In the period from October 21 to November 16, 2024, the Center for Competencies and Complementary Education organized and conducted a professional development course “Technologies for improving the efficiency of professional activity of university employees” for employees of structural divisions of the university. The course consisted of several modules, each covering one of the areas related to improving employee performance.
Within the framework of this course, learners got acquainted with modern technologies and methods that contribute to improving work efficiency, developed skills in using digital tools to organize the workflow, and mastered new programs. The training was also aimed at forming a culture of information security and maintaining a psychologically favorable climate in the team.
All participants received certificates of successful completion of the course. The survey showed a high level of satisfaction among the participants. The course participants noted that they had gained useful knowledge and skills that they could apply in their professional activities.
