From April 7 to 9, a seminar-training is being held at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov , focusing on financial literacy, financial security, the dangers of financial pyramids, and ways to protect against them.
The purpose of the three-day seminar is to enhance students’ financial literacy and raise awareness about protecting themselves from fraudulent schemes.
During the training, Alibek Bolat — a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Economics, Deputy Dean for Research, Master of Laws, and representative of the Department of Economic Investigations of the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Zhetysu region — answered students’ questions regarding financial pyramids and how to avoid them.
More than 2,000 students participated in the seminar.
