On the eve of the “Day of Science Workers” the XVI Republican Subject Olympiad “Modern Teacher: Intelligence, Inspiration, Mastery” was held at the Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov.
The educational Olympiad, held on 6B013 – “Training of pedagogical personnel of non-subject specialization”, was attended by 18 teams from all pedagogical universities of the country.
At the opening ceremony of the Olympiad, the Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov – Ermek Buribayev made a congratulatory speech and wished success to the students who came from all over the country.
The Republican Subject Olympiad was held in 4 rounds.
In the first round “Zamanaui ustaz kelbeti” there was a presentation of the teams, in the second round “Kush – bilimde!” theoretical knowledge of future teachers was checked by testing.
In the third round of “Mugalim – bilim siqyrshysy” the teams completed a creative task. Participants demonstrated their skills in critical thinking, creative search and deep analysis of information.
In the fourth round of “Pedagogical Symphony” an open competition of video lessons was held, allowing future specialists to hone their skills.
Based on the results of the Olympiad, the team “Ustaz Nation” of the East Kazakhstan University named after Sarsen Amanzholov was recognized as the best and took the 1st place.
The 2nd place was taken by the teams “AbaiStar” from the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai and “Syrwave” – from the Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt Ata. The 3d place was taken by the teams “Yessenov Jastary” (Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov), “Samruk” (Karaganda University named after E. Buketov) and “Inside” (Kazakh National Women’s Pedagogical University). Other teams also distinguished themselves with high results and were awarded in various nominations. This was the result of their hard work and deep knowledge.
