PPLICATIONS AND DOCUMENTS FOR TRANSFER FROM ANOTHER UNIVERSITY (FULLY SCHOOL/COLLEGE-BASED STUDY) ARE ACCEPTED:

3rd year full-time (pedagogical EP), 2nd year full-time (based on TVET), 4th year full-time:
from December 30, 2024 to January 11, 2025

Documents submitted for translation:

  1. An application addressed to the rector of the university where he is studying, with a visa for consent to transfer, sealed;

  2. Transcript, signed and sealed by the university from which the transfer is made

  3. A copy of the university’s license to conduct educational activities in this educational program/specialty;

  4. Certificate of accreditation of educational program/specialty

  5. Copy of UNT certificate

  6. Copy of ID

  7. 6 photos 3*4

  8. Documents confirming benefits and quotas

  9. Medical certificate in form 075/u, approved by Order No. KR DSM-175/2020), if the medical certificate in form 0/75u does not contain evidence of psycho-drug registration data, then please download it on the website Egov.kz

  10. Form No. 25 (vaccination card)

  11. Copy of registration certificate or military ID (if available)

  12. Certificate that you are a student (from another university).

  13. Folder, envelope, 5 files

  1. Document on education: certificate or diploma with annex (original);

  2. A copy of the certificate or diploma with an attachment;

  3. Extract from the enrollment order (university from which the reinstatement is being carried out);

  4. An extract from the order of expulsion from the university from which reinstatement is being carried out;

  5. A transcript, signed and sealed by the university from which the restoration is being carried out;

  6. A copy of the university’s license to conduct educational activities in this educational program/specialty;

  7. Results of passing entrance exams for reinstatement from foreign universities;

  8. Copy of ID;

  9. Documents confirming benefits and quotas;

  10. Medical certificate in form 075/u, approved by Order No. KR DSM-175/2020) if the medical certificate in form 0/75u does not contain evidence of psycho-narcotics registration data, then please download it on the Egov.kz website;

  11. Form No. 25 (vaccination card);

  12. A copy of the registration certificate or military ID (if available);

  13. 6 photos 3*4;

  14. Folder, envelope, 5 files.
