A round table was held at Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov to discuss the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev “a just Kazakhstan: Law and order, economic growth, public optimism” dated September 2, 2024. The purpose of the event is to conduct an expert analysis of the main provisions of this year’s main political document in the context of current problems of the country’s socio-political and economic development.
The round table meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Board – Rector of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, Doctor of Law, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Law, member of the Qualification Commission of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Buribaevmekek Abiltaevich, teaching staff and students of the higher educational institution.
Professor of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences Smagulov Yesengali Zheksenbaevich, as a physicist, expressed his opinion in connection with the construction of a nuclear power plant and its discussion at the national referendum, which will take place on October 6th.
