At Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov took place a ceremony of initiation of first-year students under the title “Welcome to Zhetysu University”.
The event attended by the chairperson of the Zhetisu regional maslikhat, Gulnar Toylybayeva, who wished the students good luck on their educational path.
Member of the Board – Vice-Rector of the University for Social Work and Youth Policy Bolat Seriyev congratulated the newly-minted students and presented them with student cards.
“Student time is one of the most interesting and unforgettable periods in a person’s life. May each of your days be filled with quality knowledge and vivid memories!”,- noted Bolat Seriyev.
First-year students Ayaru Zhetpisbay and Nursultan Toktasyn took an oath to serve the cause and education, science and Zhetysu University. The solemn event decorated with performances by performers of the regional philharmonic society and dance numbers of artists, which created a festive atmosphere.
