On October 16, 2024, the Department of Foreign Languages and Translation Studies organized a meeting with the “KazAELT” Association of English Language Teachers for university faculty members. The purpose of the meeting was to focus on the professional development and skill enhancement of English language specialists. Since the preparation of qualified professionals, who are the foundation of the future, is given special attention, teachers must constantly improve their knowledge. In this regard, the work of the “KazAELT” Association is of great importance. The association operates not only at the national level but also collaborates with leading foreign experts. During the meeting, issues regarding future cooperation between the Department of Foreign Languages and Translation Studies and the association were discussed.
