organization of work and control over the implementation of research on grant and program-targeted funding of the MSHE of the RK and other organizations;
holding competitions of scientific projects under internal grants from the university's own funds;
preparation of annual reports on scientific research, information materials for the management, at the request of MSHE of the RK, NAS RK under the President of the RK, JSC “NCSTE”;
Improving the quality of scientific human resources and the mobility of scientific personnel through early involvement of the most talented students in projects, wide involvement of post-doctoral students and research professors;
Conducting webinars, workshops and other events to advise and accompany participants in research projects and programs;
organizing support and mentoring of student- and faculty-initiated startups, including providing mentorship and commercialization advice;
interaction and coordination with governmental organizations on the issue of implementation of projects and programs;
Ensuring conditions for the integration of science, education and innovation.

Information support on grants of research projects for faculty members, doctoral students, master's students and undergraduates;
Organization of participation of university employees in national and regional competitions of scientific research, as well as scientific competitions of other organizations for grants for SRW;
advising and accompanying teachers, doctoral students, master's students and undergraduates on registration of research projects;
Analysis of the execution of projects and studies, generalization of the experience of research work at the University;
preparation of materials for the formation of the necessary documentation and annual reporting of the Performance of research and development works, coordination, consultation and control over the progress of their implementation;
Implementation of activities aimed at identifying and supporting talented researchers, promoting the creative growth of young scientists;
Conducting consultative activities on commercialization for students and employees, including seminars and master classes, as well as participation in advertising, information and exhibition activities;
organization of the main tasks in strict compliance with legislative and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulating the activities of organizations of higher and postgraduate education;
Ensuring the implementation of the university's strategic directions and achievement of key indicators within its competence;
Ensuring and monitoring the quality of the Project Office activities, risk management within its competence;
