Representatives of Zhansugurov University participated in the “Study in Kazakhstan” International Universities Exhibition, held on April 10-11, 2025, in Aktau and Zhanaozen cities of the Mangystau region. The event was organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Akimat of Mangystau Region. More than 50 leading universities from various cities of Kazakhstan participated, presenting their universities and providing information about their educational programs. During the exhibition, representatives of Zhansugurov University presented their collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Marche from Ancona, Italy, in the framework of the double diploma program in 6B08102 Agronomy – Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, as well as academic mobility and the university’s infrastructure.
During the event, Ruslan Emelbayev, Advisor to the Minister of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, met with representatives of universities to discuss issues related to the education of youth from the western regions in leading universities, as well as the organization of informational campaigns. As part of the outreach efforts, over 50 university representatives met with 3500 students in Aktau on April 10-11 at Sh. Esenov Caspian Technology and Engineering University, and on April 11, students from 10th-11th grades and college students participated in the event in Zhanaozen at the Munayshy Cultural House.
One of the unique features of the exhibition was the career guidance session for parents, where they received advice on how to identify their child’s abilities and interests when choosing a profession, as well as how to consider the market demand for different professions.
The “Study in Kazakhstan” International Universities Exhibition in Aktau and Zhanaozen cities was an important event for career guidance, providing comprehensive information to the regional applicants about higher education institutions, and strengthening international cooperation in the field of education. Promotional materials were distributed to graduates who expressed interest in our university.
