Guest lectures by well-known domestic educators are becoming a good tradition in the Department of Russian Language and Literature. Thus, from May 14 to May 20, 2025, Associate Professor of the Pedagogical Institute of the International University of Astana, Talgatbek Duysenbekovich Abzhakov, delivered a series of lectures on the history of Kazakh literature for third-year students of the OP V0601704 – “Russian Language and Literature in Schools with Non-Russian Language Instruction.” The lecture topics included: “The Harmony of Talents – A.S. Pushkin and I. Zhansugurov,” “National Color in the Works of O. Suleimenov,” and “The Ideological and Thematic Uniqueness of Professor M.K. Bisenkulov’s Poetry.” The guest lecturer’s presentations generated great interest among the students.
