On November 6–7, 2025, a two-day training project, “Smart Decision – Confident Step,” was held at the “Tau Zhetysu” recreation area in the Eskeldy district to develop women’s leadership, financial, and legal competencies. A two-day training project was held.
Second-year journalism students from Zhetysu University participated in the project, supplementing their knowledge and gaining valuable experience from the practical seminars. The seminar was led by financial expert Asel Zharaskaliyeva Tuleugaliyeva, who shared useful tips on effective financial management, proper goal-setting, and the importance of dreaming.
The two-day project was an important experience for the students. They not only gained new information but also developed their leadership skills and increased their financial literacy. At the end of the event, participants were presented with special certificates. Projects like this make a significant contribution to the professional and personal development of Zhetysu University students.
