On November 11, 2025, Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov hosted a scientific seminar organized by the Department of Science and Commercialization, dedicated to the procedure for submitting applications for scientific awards and government research scholarships.
The main purpose of the seminar was to explain the process of participating in competitions for scientific awards and scholarships for young scientists, faculty members, and university researchers, as well as to familiarize them with the requirements for preparing and submitting application documents.
The speaker of the event was Lazzat Karasholakova, Director of the Department of Science and Commercialization. During the seminar, the structure of application documents, evaluation criteria, methods of presenting scientific achievements, and rules for proper submission of applications were thoroughly reviewed. In addition, practical recommendations were discussed, and participants’ questions were answered.
The seminar proved to be an important event aimed at developing the scientific potential of researchers and increasing participation in government-supported research programs.
