From November 8 to 15, 2025, the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship among youth and juniors was held in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. Students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Arts of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov achieved outstanding results:
🥈 Kenzhebay Daryn — 2nd place in the U21 youth category, 62 kg weight class
🥈 Talgatkyzy Danagul — 2nd place in the youth category, 70 kg weight class
🥈 Baibaty rBekzhan — 2nd place in the U18 junior category, 62 kg weight class
