On November 17, Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov hosted a festive event titled “#BizStudentter”, dedicated to International Students’ Day.
At the gathering, Bolat Seriyev, Vice-Rector for Social Work and Youth Policy, congratulated the students on the occasion and highlighted its significance.
“Students’ Day is a celebration of ambitious, passionate, and determined youth. The student years are a precious time when you embark on the journey of knowledge and science. Cherish these moments. I wish you great success and a bright future!” said the Vice-Rector.
During the ceremonial part, several students who actively participate in the university’s public, cultural, and social life, as well as those who showcase their talents, were awarded medals, certificates of recognition, and monetary prizes.
The university’s creative groups and student organizations received certificates worth 150,000 tenge, and students who achieved success at the national and international levels were granted individual awards of 30,000 tenge.
The festive event continued with a concert program, giving participants a joyful and uplifting atmosphere.
