Based on the results of the regional scientific essay competition “Oi Shamy”, held among youth, school students, and students of colleges and higher education institutions, the students of the “Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages” educational program of the Faculty of Humanities at Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov demonstrated outstanding achievements.
The purpose of the competition is to promote a culture of critical thinking among youth, encourage tolerance in society, enhance religious literacy, and support creative initiatives.
According to the competition results, a member of the “KazEngRu” Scientific Student Society, Imanpeis Zharkynai, a student of group ШТҚ 311, was awarded 3rd place for the depth of her work, quality of analysis, and comprehensive disclosure of the topic. Her scientific supervisor is Guldana Turabay, Master of Pedagogical Sciences, Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages and Translation Studies, and Deputy Dean for Research of the Faculty of Humanities.
Additionally, for her active participation in the competition and submission of a high-quality work, Myrzabekova Dana, a student of group ШТҚ 313 and a member of the KazEngRu Scientific Student Society, received a Letter of Appreciation. Her scientific supervisor is Guldana Turabay, Deputy Dean for Research of the Faculty of Humanities, Master of Pedagogical Sciences, Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages and Translation Studies.
These achievements highlight the students’ strong research culture and high level of professional competence. We congratulate the winners and participants of the competition and wish them continued success in their scientific, creative, and academic endeavors!
