Students of Zhetysu University met with employees of the Department of Economic Investigations of the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Zhetysu Region.
The meeting was held on the topic: “The Activities of the Financial Monitoring Agency and Ensuring Digital Security.”
The head of the department, Erkin Tyumeliev, provided students with an in-depth overview of the main functions and responsibilities of the Financial Monitoring Agency and the Department of Economic Investigations. He emphasized that economic crimes can be prevented when the rule of law is upheld in the country and every employee performs their duties with integrity and a high sense of responsibility.
During the meeting, department specialists explained to the students the admission procedures for the Academy of Financial Monitoring as well as the pathway to employment within the agency.
It should be noted that this event was organized within the framework of the 2025–2030 Concept for Promoting the Ideology of “Law and Order”.
