The Department of Natural Sciences of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov in cooperation with the Methodological Center of the Zhetysu Regional Department of Education, organized a regional subject olympiad for school teachers.
This year the competition brought together outstanding teachers from 8 districts, 2 cities, as well as two private schools of the region.
The practical stage of the olympiad was held at the Department of Natural Sciences, where participants demonstrated their professional expertise and practical skills in biology, chemistry, and geography. Experienced faculty members and experts of the university were engaged in evaluating the participants’ work.
The main goal of the olympiad was to enhance teachers’ professional competencies, strengthen their subject-specific skills, and contribute to improving the quality of education in the region.
Following the results of the competition the winners and prize recipients were officially awarded.
