In accordance with the schedule for attracting foreign scientists to teaching activities within the framework of the external virtual academic mobility programme from the university’s extrabudgetary funds for the 2025-2026 academic year, Tatyana Klimova, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor at Belgorod State National Research University, Tatyana Klimova, was invited from 4 November to 29 November 2025 to teach second-year bachelor’s students of the educational programme «6B04103 – Management» were provided with educational services in the discipline «Marketing», and second-year bachelor’s students of the educational programme «6B04102 – State and Local Governance» were provided educational services in the discipline «State and Business» from 27 October to 29 November 2025 by Candidate of Economic Sciences of the Kuban State Agrarian University named after I. T. Trubilin (Russian Federation, Krasnodar) Maria Zaitseva.
The lesson used a format of lectures and discussions, analysis of practical cases, group work, business games, and multimedia material. The methods used made it possible to combine theoretical material with a practice-oriented approach. Results of the classes:
– the level of theoretical and practical training of students has increased;
– skills in analysing problem situations and developing management and marketing solutions have been formed;
– the motivation of students and their involvement in the educational process has been strengthened;
– students’ professional horizons were broadened and they were introduced to modern approaches proposed by invited experts.
The final classes of foreign scientists were attended by the head of the Department of Public Administration and Management N.Syzdykbayeva, lecturers Zh. Syubebayeva and Zh. Turgambekova.
