Regular meeting of the council on ethics and anti-corruption

On 19 December 2025, the university hosted a regular extended meeting of the Council on Ethics and Anti-Corruption.

A number of key issues were included on the agenda and were discussed in a comprehensive and substantive manner.

The meeting opened with a report by commission members Duyssen Ansabayev and Gulnar Islamzhanova on anti-corruption measures implemented at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics.

The report provided a detailed overview of the initiatives carried out throughout 2025 aimed at preventing corruption, strengthening the principles of academic integrity, and fostering a culture of legal awareness within the faculty.

In addition, the results of a survey conducted among students and faculty members were presented, followed by an in-depth analysis of the findings.

The second item on the agenda concerned a report on the activities undertaken in 2025 to enhance the faculty’s material and technical infrastructure.

In particular, issues related to the renovation of classrooms, provision of modern technical equipment, and improvement of the efficiency of the educational process were addressed.

Following the meeting, appropriate decisions were adopted on all issues considered, and key tasks and priorities for the forthcoming period were clearly defined.
