On January 9, 2026, at Zhetysu University named after Ilyas Zhansugurov, within the framework of the traditional Winter School of Pedagogical Excellence and with the participation of stakeholders, a Master Mind session titled “The Future Labor Market and Artificial Intelligence: New Competencies and Directions for Workforce Training” was held with the aim of exchanging practical experience.
The event was attended by the following employers:

- Atantayev B.M., Head of the Zhetysu Regional Branch of the Republican Methodological Center for Phytosanitary Diagnostics and Forecasts of the Committee of State Inspection in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Kapasov M.K., Deputy Head of the Tourism Information Center “Zhetysu” (Communal State Institution);
- Sovet E., Principal of the Balpyk Bi Secondary School, Department of Education of the Eskeldy District, Education Department of Zhetysu Region;
- Kumarova A.B., Deputy Director for Academic and Educational Affairs of the Taldykorgan Higher Medical College, Department of Healthcare of Zhetysu Region;
- Karbozova Zh.Zh., Geography Teacher at Secondary School-Lyceum No. 5 named after M. Lomonosov, Department of Education of the City of Taldykorgan, Education Department of Zhetysu Region;
- Shayakhmetova A.A., Educational Psychologist at Secondary School-Gymnasium No. 19 named after M. Zhumabayev with a Preschool Mini-Center, Department of Education of the City of Taldykorgan, Education Department of Zhetysu Region.
In their presentations, the participants highlighted key challenges and put forward proposals for training specialists in line with the demands of the modern labor market.
At the conclusion of the Master Mind session, the speakers were awarded Certificates of Appreciation on behalf of the Chair of the Board – Rector, E. Buribayev.
To ensure wide audience coverage, the Winter School events were broadcast live via the Zoom platform and the YouTube video hosting service.
