On October 21, 2025, a working meeting was held with the participants of the research project IRN AP26197965 “Everyday Life of Ethnic Repatriates in Post-Soviet Kazakhstan: Adaptive Strategies and Integration Practices (Case of the Zhetysu Region)” for 2025–2027, with the project consultant, Professor Peter Finke from the University of Zurich (Switzerland).
During the meeting, the research objectives, tasks, and expected outcomes were discussed in detail, and the methodological approaches and project implementation stages were clarified. Special attention was given to the organization of fieldwork, interaction with local communities, and the collection of empirical data. The consultant provided valuable recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of the research and ensuring the high scientific quality of the results obtained.
