













A meeting dedicated to the discussion of the draft Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at Zhetysu University. The session was chaired by Vice-Rector for Social Work and Youth Policy Bolat Seriev, who подчеркнул that submitting the revised draft of the Constitution for public discussion represents a highly significant step for society.
During the meeting, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor and lecturer Khabiza Naubayeva provided a comprehensive overview of the general structure of the Constitution, offering a scholarly analysis of its sections and fundamental principles. Senior lecturer Bolat Moldabekov, in turn, elaborated on specific articles of the Constitution, placing particular emphasis on provisions related to human rights and freedoms.
In her presentation, Saltanat Tynystanova, a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Economics, addressed each article of the Constitution individually, explaining the supplemented and updated content of the document. She highlighted the significance of the introduced amendments and their role in improving the legal system.
Concluding the meeting, the University Vice-Rector expressed gratitude to the faculty members and scholars for their active and open participation in the discussion of the draft Constitution, emphasizing the importance of such discussions in the development of civil society.
